Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

ACT is a form of behavioural therapy that combines self-awareness with the practice of self-acceptance. ACT aims to develop psychological flexibility so that we become more accepting of our thoughts and feelings, as well as developing a crucial commitment to actions that enrichen our lives. ACT helps us to understand our experience and embrace any challenge we may face.
