I aim to provide a safe space for you to share your difficulties and explore new and different ways of dealing with these difficult emotions and thoughts, which are preventing you from having a fulfilling life.
Our work together is collaborative and non-judgemental, and is guided by the requirements and the pace that are unique to you.

When we meet, I shall listen to your current experiences, and collaborate with you to identify therapeutic goals and a treatment plan. I use different evidence-based treatment approaches to provide you with knowledge, skills and tools to work towards a meaningful life and to minimise the possibility of setbacks.
