Narrative Therapy
I use a Narrative Therapy approach in my work, which helps you explore the stories
you tell about your life and discover new ways of understanding your experiences.
This approach focuses on your strengths and values, supporting you to create the
changes you want and live in line with what matters most to you. I am currently
training with the Institute of Narrative Therapy, England, UK to further develop my
skills in guiding clients through this process in psychotherapy.
